Valrhona have created this 2010 vintage chocolate from the fine flavoured Criollo cocoa beans from the Palmira plantation in west Venezuela. As expected from Valrhona, this bar is exuding fruit notes but with an additional very distinct honey flavour and so quite a sweet dark chocolate. A exceptional chocolate with great length in flavour.
