With origins in Indonesia and Ghana, Djakarta I a blend of two cocoa beans; the aromatic Forastero bean, with hints of red fruits and tea, is used to smooth the acidity of the Criollo and give a more robust flavour. Resulting in a rounded and flavoursome dark chocolate bar.
Pralus Djakarta replaced the Java, 75% cocoa dark chocolate bar, within the Pralus range.
