Champagne and milk chocolate is a sublime and creamy treat. For once, Helen thinks that Champagne is something you shouldn't put into chocolate and should enjoy it for the treat that it is but actually it blends fabulously well into chocolate! Great for weddings and other celebrations. We also make champagne truffles in dark and white chocolate (Cheers III and Cheers I).
