Chocolate buttons with a difference, 40% cocoa milk chocolate is used to make the 18 solid chocolate Hotel Chocolat Vintage Milk Chocolate Buttons.

The vintage milk chocolate buttons are replicas of rare antique buttons from the 1700s to the early 1900s; the buttons vary in size and design so they look rather wonderful and are very tactile.

Presented in a smart blue haberdasher's box, three layers with six milk chocolate buttons per layer.
