New Amedei have created a unique method of combining dried fruits with chocolate and the result is refreshingly different with a true melt in the mouth sensation. The Amedei Toscano Blond is created with 63% dark chocolate, Peach and Apricot. This provides a suprisingly fruity eat with tart notes - not too disimilar from the noticebly tart, single origin bars, such as Los Anconnes by Michel Cluizel and Ampamakia from Valrhona.
